Tawk.to (Live Chat & AI Assistant) – used to provide customer support.

Tawk.to may temporarily process chat messages, name, and email address to deliver support features. Subject to Tawk.to’s privacy policy.

Information you include in your Smart vCard profile is publicly accessible when someone:

  • Taps your NFC keychain
  • Scans your profile’s QR code
  • Accesses your vCard direct link

Only include information you are comfortable making public.

4.5 Business Transfers

5.2 Cancelled Accounts

If you cancel your subscription or do not renew:

  • During this period, you can reactivate by renewing your subscription
  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted from our database and our active systems.

Payment and order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and tax compliance purposes.

You can request a copy of your data in a portable format by emailing support@nfchub.digital. We will provide this within 30 days.

7.5 Opt-Out of Marketing

Currently we do not send promotional or third-party marketing messages. All emails we send are transactional (order confirmations, delivery updates, subscription reminders). You cannot opt out of transactional emails as they are necessary for service delivery.

7.6 Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

NFCHub is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately.

Our services are based in Ivory Coast. If you access our services from outside Ivory Coast, your data will be transferred to and processed in Ivory Coast. By using our services, you consent to this transfer. Data may also transit through secure servers located in the US or EU when using Paystack or Bluehost.

Your Smart vCard profile may contain links to third-party websites or social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
