If you bought the Smart vCard keychain, your service runs on a subscription. The Social Media and Custom Logo keychains don't need one — they're one-time purchases. Here's exactly how the Smart vCard subscription works.

Two billing options: monthly or annual
You choose at checkout:
Monthly: 5,000 CFA per month — pay flexibly, full features.
Annual: 30,000 CFA per year — save 50% (equivalent to 2,500 CFA/month).
Both unlock the same features — only the billing cycle differs. You can switch between them later from your dashboard (more on that in Step 5).

What's included in every plan
Every Smart vCard subscription unlocks everything — no tiered features, no upsells. You get the hosted vCard, unlimited lead capture, real-time analytics, 4 design themes with custom colors, the mobile app, push notifications, custom URL, and email + WhatsApp support.

How renewals work — and what to know
NFCHub does not auto-renew. You stay in control: each renewal is a one-click manual payment. Here's the schedule:
We email you reminders at 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before your subscription expires.
Each email has a button to renew with one click.
You pay using your preferred method — card or mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money).
ℹ️ Why no auto-renewal?We want you to renew when you want to — not have a surprise charge appear on your statement. Manual renewal puts you in control.

What if you don't renew — grace period and beyond
Miss your renewal date? You enter a 15-day grace period. Here's exactly what happens, and when:
Days 1-15 after expiry (grace period): your vCard goes offline. Anyone tapping your keychain sees a "subscription expired" message instead of your card. You can still log in to your dashboard. You get more reminder emails. Renew anytime in this window to restore everything instantly.
After day 15: your account is suspended. You can no longer log in. Your data is preserved — not deleted.
To reactivate after suspension: email support@nfchub.digital. We'll help you restore access and process your renewal.

Switching between monthly and annual
Change your mind on the billing cycle? You can switch between Monthly and Annual within 7 days of your renewal date. Here's how:
Sign in at nfchub.digital/dashboard.
Open the Billing section.
Find the "Switch Plans" card (it activates within 7 days of renewal).
Click "Switch to [Annual / Monthly] & Pay".
Pay the new plan amount — your subscription resets and the new billing cycle starts from today.
ℹ️ The switch happens at paymentYou pay the full new-plan amount (5,000 CFA for monthly or 30,000 CFA for annual). Your expiry date resets to 1 month / 1 year from today.
