Two paths: which one fits you?

Quick decision tree:

• 🛒 Bulk Orders — for mix-and-match orders of Social Media, Custom Logo/Initials, and/or Smart vCard keychains. One-time purchase. No admin dashboard. Each recipient manages their own keychain. Perfect for gifts, events, or distributing different products to different people.
• 👥 Company Teams — exclusively for Smart vCard keychains across your whole team. Comes with a dedicated Company Admin Dashboard where you assign keychains to employees, manage seats, set company branding, and see team-wide analytics. One subscription covers the whole team.

Path 1: Bulk Orders — request a mix-and-match quote

If you want to order any combination of Social Media, Custom Logo, or Smart vCard keychains without an admin dashboard, go to the Bulk Orders page: nfchub.digital/bulk-orders. Tell us what you need (quantities of each product, custom branding details), and we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.

Path 2: Company Teams — fixed product, full management

If you want to deploy Smart vCards across your team with centralized management, request a Company Teams setup. You'll specify: number of seats, your company logo, and your brand colors. The fixed product is the Smart vCard keychain — no mix-and-match. Once orders are produced and delivered, you get access to your Company Admin Dashboard.

After your order: setting up the team

Once your order is produced and delivered (typically 2-3 weeks for custom branding), here's what happens by path:

• Bulk Orders: You distribute the keychains to recipients. If any are Smart vCard keychains, each recipient receives their own welcome email and sets up their own profile independently at nfchub.digital/login.
• Company Teams: You log in to your Company Admin Dashboard. You'll see all your seats listed as slots (EMP-01, EMP-02, etc.). For each one, you fill the employee's info and click Send Credentials — each employee receives a welcome email with their own login. You retain admin access for billing, branding, and analytics across all seats.

Track team performance (Company Teams only)

Company Teams customers get team-wide analytics in the admin dashboard: total taps across all keychains, leads captured by the whole team, top-performing employees, and trends over time. Perfect for sales managers, event organizers, or anyone responsible for ROI on the team's networking.
