  1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to NFCHub (www.nfchub.digital). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

NFCHub is operated from Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and provides NFC-enabled keychain products and digital vCard hosting services.

  1. DEFINITIONS

“NFCHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company operating www.nfchub.digital
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person or entity purchasing our products or using our services
“Products” refers to our NFC keychain products
“Smart vCard” refers to the digital profile page hosted on our platform
“Subscription” refers to the recurring hosting service for Smart vCard NFC Keychains
“Dashboard” refers to the customer portal at nfchub.digital/dashboard/

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

3.1 Product Offerings

NFCHub offers the following products:

a) Social Media NFC Keychain

  • Custom 3D-printed keychain with social media platform logo
  • Pre-programmed NFC chip with direct link to your social media profile
  • Available platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube
  • One-time purchase with no subscription required
  • No hosting fees

b) Custom Logo/Initials NFC Keychain

  • Personalized 3D-printed keychain with your logo or initials (maximum 3 letters)
  • Pre-programmed NFC chip with direct link to any URL you choose
  • Professional 3D design conversion included for logos
  • One-time purchase with no subscription required
  • No hosting fees

c) Smart vCard NFC Keychain with Subscription

  • Custom 3D-printed keychain with your logo or initials
  • Integrated digital vCard profile hosted on our platform
  • Includes dashboard access, analytics, lead capture, and unlimited profile updates
  • Requires monthly or annual hosting subscription
  • Monthly Plan: 5,000 CFA per month
  • Annual Plan: 30,000 CFA per year (50% savings)

d) Corporate & Bulk Orders

  • Volume discounts available for orders of 10+ units
  • Mix and match any of our products
  • Custom pricing based on quantity and product type
  • Annual hosting fees apply for Smart vCard bulk orders

3.2 Customization Requirements

Logo Requirements:

  • High-quality image required
  • Icon-only logo (text not recommended for 3D printing)
  • Single-color print
  • Logo will be converted to 3D printable format
  • No changes accepted after order confirmation

Initials Requirements:

  • Maximum of 3 letters
  • No punctuation or symbols
  • Clean, professional design
  1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Order Process

Orders are placed through our website at www.nfchub.digital. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Payment

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment partner Paystack:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit cards
  • Mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave)

All prices are displayed in West African CFA franc (XOF). Payment must be completed in full before order fulfillment begins.

4.3 Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This constitutes acceptance of your order.

4.4 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. For Corporate & Bulk Orders, custom quotes are provided and remain valid for 7 days from the date of quotation.

  1. ACCOUNT CREATION (SMART VCARD CUSTOMERS ONLY)

5.1 Account Registration

Customers who purchase Smart vCard NFC Keychains will have an account created on their behalf. Login credentials will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS (SMART VCARD CUSTOMERS ONLY)

6.1 Subscription Plans

Smart vCard NFC Keychains require a hosting subscription:

  • Monthly Plan: 5,000 CFA per month
  • Annual Plan: 30,000 CFA per year

6.2 Subscription Start Date

Your subscription begins when you receive your physical NFC keychain, not at the time of purchase.

6.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive renewal reminders at:

  • 15 days before expiration
  • 7 days before expiration
  • 3 days before expiration

To renew your subscription, log into your dashboard and complete payment through the provided renewal link.

6.4 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing. There are no cancellation fees. Your Smart vCard profile will remain active until the end of your paid subscription period.

6.5 Non-Payment

If your subscription expires and is not renewed:

  • Your Smart vCard profile will become inaccessible
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days
  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You may reactivate by paying for a new subscription period within the 90-day window

6.6 Corporate Bulk Subscriptions

For Corporate & Bulk Orders of Smart vCard keychains:

  • Hosting is billed annually to the company based on total quantity
  • 10-49 units: 120,000 CFA per year (≈12,000 CFA per user)
  • 50-99 units: 220,000 CFA per year (≈4,400 CFA per user)
  • 100+ units: 350,000 CFA per year (≈3,500 CFA per user)

The company is responsible for renewing and maintaining active hosting for all associated Smart vCard accounts under its order. Individual users cannot renew independently under a corporate subscription.

  1. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

7.1 Production Time

Fulfillment time: Up to 5 business days to print and prepare your order
For bulk orders of 100+ units: 5-10 business days

7.2 Delivery

Delivery within Abidjan: 3-5 business days via Yango
Delivery fees are specified by Yango when order is delivered and are the customer’s responsibility

We currently deliver only within Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire).

7.3 Delivery Tracking

You will receive tracking information and email updates once your order ships.

7.4 Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer unavailable to receive delivery
  • Customer refusal

The customer is responsible for any additional delivery fees for re-delivery attempts.

  1. PRODUCT WARRANTY

8.1 Warranty Period

Physical NFC keychains are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.

8.2 Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • NFC chip malfunction
  • Physical defects in materials or workmanship

8.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

8.4 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact support@nfchub.digital within the warranty period
  2. Provide photos of the defect
  3. Include your order number
  4. We will assess and respond within 3 business days

8.5 Warranty Remedy

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide a free replacement product. We do not offer cash refunds under warranty claims.

  1. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

9.1 Physical Products (Keychains)

Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product received
  • Product not as described

Returns NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Custom products that meet specifications
  • Products damaged by customer

9.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact support@nfchub.digital within 5 days of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the product and packaging
  3. Explain the reason for return
  4. Wait for return authorization

Do not return products without authorization.

9.3 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are:

  • Our responsibility if product is defective or incorrect
  • Customer’s responsibility if return is due to customer error

9.4 Refunds for Physical Products

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

9.5 Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE once activated. However:

  • You may cancel future billing at any time
  • Your service will continue until the end of the paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

9.6 Digital Services

Digital vCard profiles and dashboard access are NON-REFUNDABLE once your account is activated and you have logged in.

9.7 Bulk Order Refunds

Corporate & Bulk Orders follow the same refund policy but must be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted if only some units are defective.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Your Content

When you upload logos, photos, or other content to our platform:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your content
  • You grant us a license to use, display, and reproduce your content solely for providing our services
  • You represent that you have the right to use all uploaded content

10.2 Logo Submissions

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to any logo you submit, OR
  • You have permission to use the logo for your NFC keychain

We are not responsible for copyright infringement related to customer-submitted logos.

10.3 Our Content

All content on www.nfchub.digital, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by NFCHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Any 3D model or render created by NFCHub for customer logos or initials remains the intellectual property of NFCHub and may not be used, distributed, or reproduced for commercial purposes outside of our platform without written consent.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE

11.1 Permitted Uses

NFCHub services may be used for:

  • Professional networking
  • Business marketing
  • Personal branding
  • Contact sharing
  • Portfolio display
  • Legitimate business purposes

11.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use NFCHub for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing
  • Impersonation or fraud
  • Distributing malware or viruses
  • Violating others’ privacy or intellectual property rights
  • Any content that is obscene, defamatory, or harmful

11.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Review customer vCard profiles
  • Remove content that violates these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal activity to authorities
  1. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of NFCHub is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

To comply with GDPR-style principles and email automation:

By using NFCHub, you consent to receiving electronic communications (such as service updates, invoices, and subscription reminders). You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

  1. ANALYTICS AND TRACKING

For Smart vCard customers:

  • We track views of your vCard profile
  • We collect device type, IP address, and timestamp data
  • This data is displayed in your analytics dashboard
  • We do not sell or share individual analytics data with third parties
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or Smart vCard hosting services. We are not liable for:

  • Temporary service outages
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Force majeure events

14.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of NFCHub products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities
  • Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)
  • Third-party actions (including Yango delivery service)
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

15.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paystack. Your payment information is subject to Paystack’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

15.2 Delivery Service

Deliveries are fulfilled by Yango. Delivery fees and policies are set by Yango. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by the delivery service. However, we will assist you in coordinating with Yango to resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to www.nfchub.digital. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For subscribers, we will notify you of material changes via email 30 days before they take effect.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features of our services
  • Change pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
  • Update our product offerings
  1. TERMINATION

18.1 Termination by Customer

You may terminate your account at any time by not renewing your subscription or by requesting account deletion via email to support@nfchub.digital.

Upon request, you may ask for full deletion of your data and Smart vCard profile by emailing support@nfchub.digital.

18.2 Termination by NFCHub

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Use our services for prohibited purposes
  • Provide false information
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

18.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to dashboard and Smart vCard will cease
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days
  • You may request data export within the 90-day period
  • No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription time
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

19.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ivory Coast (Côte d’Ivoire).

19.2 Disputes

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@nfchub.digital to resolve the matter informally.

19.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Delivery, Refund & Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NFCHub regarding your use of our services.

  1. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

  1. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We may assign our rights and obligations to any successor or affiliate.

  1. LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. If translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any conflict.


By using NFCHub’s website, products, or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
